Terms: F.O.B origin, 1% 10 days/Net 30 days
Returns:
- Minimum restocking charge is
25%, freight prepaid by customer.
- No orders may be returned that exceed 30 days from invoice date.
- Product must be returned in full quantity and saleable condition.

Freight:
- There
will be a $35.00
handling charge on all
HAZARDOUS SHIPMENTS.
- All shortage or damage should be noted on the delivery receipt by your receiving department.
- Should shortage or damage be cancelled at delivery, you must contact the carrier and receive an onsite inspection within 10 working days from receipt of delivery.
- Any shortage or damage must be reported to ACI, Customer Service within 30 days of invoice date.
